Ten Things myyellow.com Users Need to Know About yrc.com and my.yrc.com
- Beginning March 2, 2009, your same myyellow.com username password will work.*
- There is no need to register again. If you've saved your password in the past so you don't have to enter it each time, you may find that you have to re-enter your password the first time you log into my.yrc.com. In case you don't recall your username or password, an email will be sent to you in February with your credentials.
- Some exceptions apply. If your username/password does not work on March 2, contact 800-548-0435 or ecomm@yrc.com
- yrc.com is a password-free website with lots of information on YRC services, including limited access to information on your shipments. my.yrc.com is the password-protected, premium section of the website highly tailored to your shipping information and locations. Your MyYellow credentials will enable you to log into my.yrc.com. My.yrc.com contains a high-level of detail on your YRC shipments.
- Beginning March 2, 2009, please use my.yrc.com to create new quotes and shipments. If you need to access information for Yellow Transportation shipments booked before March 1, 2009, you can do so at http://myyellow.yrc.com (please use your MyYellow.com username and password to login). Information for all YRC shipments booked after March 2 will be available on yrc.com or my.yrc.com.
- My.yrc.com will offer you greater ability to control multiple shipping locations*.
- The my.yrc.com Reports application* enables you to create customized reports in the format you need along with specific data fields. Report options include shipment status, shipment exceptions, cargo claims, service days and invoice summary.
- In addition to automatically assigning a pro number, the my.yrc.com online Bill of Lading* application also offers the ability to assign a pro number from a pro sticker book.
- A single rate quote tool is available that provides Standard, Guaranteed and Expedited Precision services. Look for the addition of Truckload quoting to the Rate Quote* tool in Spring 2009. To use our personalized Rate Quote* tool, please register for my.yrc.com.
- New calendar view* that offers at a glace visibility to all inbound, outbound and third party shipments. Proactive Tracking* on my.yrc.com offers quick access to all of your shipments in transit, plus those delivered
- In addition to Invoice* information for your outstanding invoices, you'll also be able to view payment information* on your paid shipments.
- Using the Pricing* selection under Your Tools in my.yrc.com, you'll be able to view details of your Pricing Program
