The simplest way to ship your exhibit!
Just call 1-800-531-EXPO or go online to schedule a pickup. When you call, please provide show name, city and venue, booth #, move-in date, move-out date and place/time of pickup.
Tell your traffic or shipping manager about your plans to move the display, its packaging requirements, and the exhibit bill of lading available on our website.
If there’s a change in plans, just call our dedicated, 24/7 exhibit support. We’ll take care of it.
When completing the paperwork (materials handling agreement), specify YRC Freight for the move out.
Then call us, or go online, to schedule the pickup at the show site. Your paperwork (MHA) will have all the information we need.
