Bill of Lading Gets New Address Book [07.13.2009]

Rate Quote and Registration Also Enhanced

We've heard you! Many of the enhancements we make to our website are in response to requests and suggestions from our customers. Over the weekend, we added an Address Book to our my.yrc Bill of Lading tool and upgraded Rate Quote and our Registration process.

Bill of Lading: Address Book

Our new Address Book feature simplifies information entry and maintenance in our Bill of Lading (BOL) tool. With it, you can

• add, modify and delete your Address Book entries.
• view and print all the entries in your Address Book. If you have more than 200 entries, we will email the list to you.
• see all the locations that were previously in your consignee drop-down list.
• access locations from your Address Book while creating your BOL.
• save an entry to your Address Book while creating the BOL.

Rate Quote: Quoting Until 4 p.m.

We have introduced some changes to our Rate Quote tool to make it possible for you to get a quote until 4 p.m.

• You can book Time-Critical^TM quotes until 4 p.m.
• The 4 p.m. cutoff time is based on the time zone of the Ship From location you select.
• Quotes assume that we receive the pickup request before 4 p.m. local time and that your shipment is available between 9 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. on your shipment day.

Registration

We've simplified our my.yrc registration process!

1. Register simply by calling our Customer Support Center at 1-800-610-6500 and requesting a quick registration..
2. After registering with a representative, you'll receive a confirmation email with your user name and a temporary password.
3. When you log on to the site, you'll be able to change your temporary password to a permanent password; you'll be on your way to personlized, robust information about your account with my.yrc.
