Many of you requested that we provide visibility to transit time information about all our YRC Worldwide companies in one place. In response to this request, we've enhanced our YRC Service Calculator tool on yrc.com and my.yrc.com to show Regional operating company capabilities based on pickup date in lanes that Holland, Reddaway and New Penn serve direct.
Additionally, when our Time Critical/Time Advantage services have a faster transit time or deliver sooner than our standard service, we will now highlight the service to make it easier for you to see.
Note the appearance of Holland in the yrc.com results below. Regional company transit results appear only if the company serves the requested origin and destination direct.
In this image from the secure version of the tool on my.yrc.com, note the indicator that appears to denote the fastest option. If a regional company offers a direct, expedited option, that option will appear, too.
