- MS WindowsTM 95 or higher; WindowsTMNT requires Service Pack 4 or above
- A 14,400 baud modem or fax/modem; higher baud rate improves performance (56K modem recommended)
- Printer for printing reports; local or network
- VGA color monitor or higher resolution (Higher resolution of at least 800 x 600 is required to use full capabilities of the software)
- A default web browser such as MS Internet ExplorerTM or NetscapeTM
- Access to the Internet; either direct connection or through an ISP using a modem and dial-up networking
- A CD-ROM or DVD-ROM drive
- Standard 2-button mouse and keyboard
- Network installation requires administrative rights
