How To Get Shipping Information, Using Our Interactive Voice Response System
Our Interactive Voice Response system is your fast route to information on centralized pickups, tracking and tracing and rate quotes. Using the system is simple: Just call the YRC Customer Support Center at 1-800-610-6500, follow the menu prompts and say what you want:
- To schedule a pickup: Say "pickup" or press 1.
- To track a shipment: Say "track shipment" or press 2, then to track your shipment by the:
- Freight bill number, say "freight bill" or press 1.
- Bill of lading number, say "bill of lading" or press 2.
- Purchase order number, say "purchase order" or press 3.
- To obtain a rate quote: Say "rate quote" or press 3, then to obtain a rate quote on a:
- Standard LTL shipment, say "Standard LTL" or press 1.
- Guaranteed and Expedited shipment, say "guaranteed or expedited" or press 2.
- Volume or Truckload shipment, say "volume or truckload" or press 3.
- International shipment, say "international" or press 4.
- To obtain information on guaranteed and expedited precision services: Say "guaranteed and expedited" or press 4.
- For all other information: Say "more options" or press 0, then to speak with the YRC customer support expert who can help
you most efficiently:
